Wilson M.

Hello! My name is Wilson. My wife and I are originally from Mississippi but recently moved to the Orange County area in California so that I could further my education. I am currently a doctoral student at Biola University pursuing a degree in clinical psychology. However, my undergraduate studies vary from solely psychology. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. In undergrad, I also completed the prerequisites for medical school and studied for the MCAT because at the time I was interested in becoming a physician, but God shifted my calling.  

I am interested in becoming a tutor mainly because I love learning and feel that it is important to be a lifelong learner. It would bring me joy and satisfaction to assist students in the process of learning as it can be difficult for various reasons. Also, school opens opportunities for God to guide us. We are all created uniquely and have various strengths and weaknesses. I believe that the learning process can help show us the vocations or interests that God blesses us with. God has shown up for me on numerous occasions throughout my education process and I would love if I could get to be a part of His work in someone else's education journey.
